Leadership

Joel has more than 20 years of successful management in the commercial construction, project management, construction sourcing, procurement, financial cost and risk management of construction projects. He applies his strengths as a leader and construction professional as he represents your best interests. Ensuring his team delivers a successful project includes reducing and mitigating the risks that can occur during design and construction, such as recognizing project issues prior to experiencing any impacts to the project.

His extensive construction experience includes managing large and small complicated projects as well as leading regional general contractor offices in Tulsa and Los Angeles. Additionally, he has owned and operated a growing Plumbing and HVAC subcontracting firm. Working with owner’s as a general contractor and subcontractor he saw the need to provide owner’s representation services to clients. Joel’s project portfolio includes ground-up facilities such as resort properties, office buildings and power plants as well as renovations and tenant improvements for hospitality, commercial, retail and industrial clients.

Mr. Delia is dedicated to providing exceptional service to satisfy the unique needs of each client. In doing so, his capabilities will allow him to quickly and effectively integrate into the client’s business environment to assess the needs of the client, the current state of the project and then recommend, manage and execute courses of action that facilitate solutions. He has the ability to assist clients in assessing total cost of ownership impacts where future operational costs are taken into consideration of the capital expenditure.

Joel is a Marine Corps veteran and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
